By accessing or using My Life After (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. No Legal Advice Provided
IMPORTANT: My Life After is an educational and asset disclosure tool. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or solicitor services. Use of our Service or Divorce Assistant AI does not create a solicitor-client relationship. You should consult a qualified family solicitor for any specific legal advice.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately of any security breaches.
4. User Disclosures & Data Encryption
You maintain ownership of all financial records, descriptions, and data you upload to your private Briefcase. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the financial information you disclose.
5. Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes related to organising and planning your divorce. You agree not to scrape, copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall My Life After, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
